Responsibilities

Provide safe, reasonable, and timely access to all work areas during scheduled installation times
Ensure adequate electrical power (120V outlets) is available near equipment locations, unless electrical work is included in the quote
Provide network infrastructure (switches, internet, static IPs) required for IP-based systems, unless specified in the quote
Designate a single point of contact authorized to make decisions and approve changes
Clear work areas of furniture, merchandise, or obstacles prior to the scheduled start date
Disclose the location of any hidden utilities, wiring, plumbing, or asbestos before work begins
Obtain any landlord, HOA, or property owner approvals required for the installation
Provide Wi-Fi credentials, user login information, or admin access needed to configure systems
Review and approve all equipment locations, camera angles, and device placements before final mounting
Remit payment per the agreed schedule: 50% due upon signing of the quote and scope of work, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion
Report any warranty or service issues promptly after discovery
Be responsible for system monitoring fees, software subscriptions, and cellular/internet service costs unless otherwise stated
